Make your own wrapping paper...

The Man-Cub had two birthday parties to attend this weekend. So we needed some cards and wrapping paper. We used recycled newsprint sheets for the wrapping paper...

The Man-Cub used his stencils for this one - sometimes he stamps or just draws on the paper...

...it's so much fun to give presents...

...all wrapped up...

...now we need a matching card...

...one for Dylan - Happy Birthday Dylan!!!

...and one for Cole - Happy Birthday Cole!!!

  1. How fun - I loved decorating wrapping paper as a kid, too!

  2. We do that too. Never buy wrapping paper these days. A big end roll of paper from the local newspaper lasts for ages. Tear off as much as you need, use your markers on it, and you have personalized wrapping paper.

Sometimes I wrap things in fabric, which is great if the recipient is a quilter. Or I sew a bag.

The fabric bags are a good idea!
