...Sixteen Candles...

...Scout requested a yellow cake with chocolate icing...so that was easy enough...

...iced...

...ready for some decoration...

...I took a skewer and drew a circle...and the number 16...

...filled up my decorator tube...

...and did a bunch of little stars for the circle...

...and outlined the number...

...and filled it in with squiggles...

...added sixteen candles...

...and took it outside on the deck...

...Scout lit his own candles...

...Jack joined us too...

...and Scout blew out his candles...
