...Almond Cream Cheese...

...over the weekend...
...I used the leftover almond pulp from making almond milk to make some vegan cream cheese...just stir in the contents of a vegan probiotic capsule...
...and let it sit overnight...I put it in the oven with the light on...
...and the next day the cheese is perfectly tangy and creamy...
...perfect on an everything bagel...
...so simple and delicious...
